Bierman Autism Centers in Ohio seeks a Director of Services to accelerate regional growth across multiple centers, mentor Practice Managers and Clinical Directors, and ensure ethical clinical practices. Reporting to the EVP of Operations, you will lead performance management and data-driven guidance for a distributed team.

This role focuses on culture, accountability, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality care for children and families we serve.

Qualifications

• Experience leading regional or multi-site healthcare operations.
• Strong ability to manage diverse teams and drive performance metrics.
• Proven budgeting, labor management, and regional growth experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operations and culture-building for multiple centers.
• Mentor and assess Practice Managers and Clinical Directors; establish performance metrics.
• Manage budgeting, staffing, and cross-functional project tracking.
• Ensure ethical clinical practices and accurate documentation across centers.
