Novartis is seeking a Regional Director, Access & Reimbursement to lead a field-based team across a defined geography. This executive will drive patient access strategies, partner with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliant, high-impact execution while traveling 60–80% of the time.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and strong relationships with health systems and payers to optimize access and reimbursement for Novartis therapies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• 8+ years’ experience in reimbursement, market access, contract strategy, managed care, sales, marketing, or related healthcare field.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and development of teams across diverse stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with complex healthcare organizations and health systems to optimize patient access.
• Strong strategic account management and ability to address access/reimbursement challenges.
