Job summary

NeoGenomics Laboratories is seeking a Regional Director, Pathology Sales for the Great Lakes region (Nashville, Chicago, Detroit, St. Louis) to lead hospital pathology and lab account growth.

This role oversees Territory Business Managers and drives regional sales strategies with a focus on building executive partnerships and delivering value-based solutions. You will coach and develop the sales team, collaborate with Oncology Sales for joint account planning, and ensure disciplined execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of sales management experience in pathology, laboratory diagnostics, or related clinical services.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional pathology sales strategy aligned to company growth priorities.
• Identify and drive growth within pathology accounts, hospital labs, academic centers, reference labs and community pathology groups.
• Lead engagement across health system stakeholders to drive enterprise adoption.
• Coordinate cross-portfolio selling efforts to deliver a unified value-based message.
• Drive total account growth and maintain CRM, pipeline, and forecast accuracy.
