Job summary

CMA seeks a seasoned Division Manager for High‑Rise and Large‑Scale Divisions in Georgia. You will lead community association managers, set priorities, coach staff, and partner with boards to achieve client retention and CMA objectives.

You will oversee capital projects including exterior waterproofing, elevator systems, roofing, boiler/chiller HVAC, and water intrusion/insurance claim management, while ensuring excellence in on-site service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with industry certifications as applicable.
• Active CAM license or real estate sales license in Georgia.
• AMS designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of high-rise managers and onsite associations.
• Guide onboarding and professional development.
• Ensure client retention and meet CMA goals.
• Oversee capital projects and coordinate with boards.
