Job summary

Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals Inc. is recruiting a Regional Business Director to lead the oncology sales force across the South Central Region.

This role requires building the regional business plan, implementing national sales strategies, and driving performance while ensuring compliance with Ipsen's policies. You will recruit, train, and coach 8–10 oncology sales representatives and partner with Value & Access to optimize payer strategies.

Qualifications

• BS/BA is mandatory; advanced degree would be a plus.
• 8+ years sales experience within biopharma, with at least 3 years in oncology sales leadership.
• Extensive knowledge of the payer landscape in the Southeast region and drivers of access and product pull.
• Experience with injectable medications and buy-and-bill/specialty pharmacy fulfillment pathways.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the oncology sales force in the South Central Region (Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, Louisiana).
• Meet or exceed regional sales targets and align field activities with brand strategy.
• Develop short- and long-term business plans to drive sales growth.
• Manage a budget and a team of 8–10 oncology sales representatives.
• Collaborate with Value & Access and Product Reimbursement Managers to optimize access and brand objectives.
• Ensure approved promotional programs are utilized and messages are compliant.
