Yale NewHaven Health is seeking a Regional Director for the Smilow Cancer Hospital Network. The role provides strategic and operational leadership over regional services, including medical oncology, hematology, radiation oncology, and surgical specialties across multiple sites.

You will drive program development, partnerships, and multi-state collaboration with Yale Cancer Center, Yale Medicine, and partner networks.

Qualifikationen

• Masters degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent.
• Eight years of progressive leadership experience in a complex academic medical center, preferably oncology.
• Experience leading multiple sites and programs across a regional network.
