A leading hotel management company seeks a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across multiple properties. The ideal candidate will leverage extensive sales experience in the hospitality industry, lead teams effectively, and foster strong client relationships. The position demands strong analytical skills, leadership qualities, and exceptional communication abilities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Other duties may be assigned.) ❖ Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability across all hotel properties. ❖ Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales teams at each property to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives. ❖ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth. ❖ Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and local businesses to drive group and transient bookings. ❖ Collaborate with marketing and revenue management teams to create compelling promotional campaigns and packages. ❖ Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance and product knowledge. ❖ Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, providing reports and insights to senior management. ❖ Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the hotel brand and drive new business. ❖ Ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies in all sales activities QUALIFICATION STANDARDS : ❖ Bachelor degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required; a Masters degree is preferred. ❖ Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the hospitality sector. ❖ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a multi-property environment. ❖ Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior in the hospitality industry.
