Job summary

La Familia Central Valley seeks a Regional Director of Programs to lead growth, sustainability, and high-quality programming in the Central Valley. You will build relationships with federal, state, and local funders, manage contracts, and champion the agency’s mission within a collaborative culture.

The role oversees program design and evaluation, staff supervision, and partnerships, ensuring services meet regulatory standards and community needs in a fast-paced nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, or related field; CA licensure (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC) or Psychologist.
• Minimum 2 years post-licensure supervisory experience; 5+ years in behavioral health.
• Spanish bilingual preferred; nonprofit sector experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic partnerships with government funders, foundations, and key organizations.
• Oversee program design, implementation, and growth for La Familia Central Valley.
• Provide supervision to program staff and coordinate with schools and community partners.
• Ensure contract compliance, reporting, and budget management with funders.
• Track metrics and lead special projects to advance agency objectives.
