Central Valley Regional Center (CVRC) seeks a Director of Administration to lead administrative operations, facilities, and organizational support across all agency locations. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will align processes with strategic goals, drive continuous improvement, and steward resources to support growth and mission delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, organizational leadership, communications, management, or related field.
• Seven years of progressive management and administrative leadership experience, including 3 years in a senior leadership role with managers/supervisors.
• Experience overseeing administrative operations, facilities management, records management, or related services.
• Proven ability to develop and implement organizational strategies and lead cross-functional improvements.
• Strong verbal, written, analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills for executive collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic leadership for administrative operations and support services across all locations.
• Develops and implements policies, systems, and initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Evaluates workflows and processes to support agency growth and performance.
• Oversees administrative functions, facilities, records management, and related programs.
• Directs facility planning, space utilization, relocations, renovations, and vendor partnerships.
• Ensures compliance with laws, regulations, and risk management standards.
• Manages records retention programs for accessibility and accuracy.
• Analyzes performance data and budgets to inform executive decisions.
• Represents the administrative function in executive discussions and collaborates on-wide initiatives.
• Oversees communications and stakeholder engagement as needed to support awareness.
