Job summary

BayMark Health Services, Inc. in Alabama seeks a Regional Director of Operations to lead treatment center performance across the region. You will supervise Treatment Center Directors, shape financial, clinical and operational outcomes, and drive growth while ensuring quality patient care.

You'll build high-performing teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with national support to deliver exceptional substance use disorder treatment services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management or related field.
• 10+ years of healthcare management and multisite operations experience.
• Experience with Medication-Assisted Treatment and outpatient Mental Health services preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
• Strong ability to read and interpret financial data.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic direction and leadership to Treatment Center Directors (TCD) staff.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for your region to achieve financial, operational, and clinical goals.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance, taking proactive measures to improve results.
• Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations across assigned treatment centers.
• Build, develop, and hold leadership teams accountable for achieving performance objectives.
• Drive patient growth, retention, and access to services within your region.
• Represent BayMark in community, legislative, and industry settings to build key relationships.
