Job summary

BayMark Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director of Operations, located in TN or AL, to oversee multiple opioid treatment centers and optimize clinical, financial, and operational performance.

You will lead Treatment Center Directors, drive growth, ensure quality patient care, and maintain regulatory compliance across your region. As a business unit owner, you’ll coach leaders, manage budgets, and align regional goals with BayMark’s strategic objectives, while traveling extensively

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 10+ years healthcare management experience.
• Experience in Medication-Assisted Treatment or outpatient mental health preferred.
• Multisite operations experience and ability to read financial data.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% (3 out of 4 weeks).

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic direction to Treatment Center Directors and staff.
• Develop and execute regional plans to reach financial, operational, and clinical goals.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance; implement improvement actions.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies across treatment centers.
• Drive patient growth, retention, and access to services within the region.
• Oversee HR activities and staff development; mentor leadership teams.
