Job summary

JW Logistics is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to provide strategic leadership for our growing delivery network in Las Vegas and across multiple markets. You will drive operational excellence, P&L responsibility, and scalable growth while partnering with national accounts and 3PL/4PL customers.

You will lead cross-functional teams, establish disciplined operating rhythms, and oversee budgeting, costing, and performance reporting to improve NOI.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-site operations, preferably in logistics, transportation, distribution, or final-mile delivery environments.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, operational costs, and profitability metrics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of customer expectations with a focus on service performance and route optimization.
• Lead root cause analysis on service failures and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with regional and local leadership to build disciplined operating rhythms.
• Develop scalable operational processes and standards that support growth across markets.
• Serve as a key operational liaison for national and enterprise accounts.
• Support onboarding and scaling of new business, including major program launches and network expansions.
• Support strategic initiatives to ensure operational readiness and execution consistency.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and operational support.
• Drive operational decisions aligned with financial outcomes, including cost control and profitability metrics.
• Ensure costing structures, billing alignment, and operational reporting are disciplined.

The Regional Director of Operations will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for JW Logistics’ growing operations and delivery network. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance (P&L responsibilities), customer satisfaction, and scalable growth initiatives across multiple business units, locations, and customer programs.

This position will serve as a key operational partner to national account leadership, supporting enterprise-level relationships, and 3PL and 4PL customers. They will collaborate closely with senior management and operations leadership to ensure operational alignment, consistency, and scalability across the network.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership & Execution

• Provide direct oversight and support for multi-site operations across JW network
• Ensure consistent execution of customer expectations with a strong focus on service performance, route optimization, and issue resolution.
• Lead root cause analysis on service failures including undelivered packages, route inefficiencies, and carrier performance issues while implementing corrective actions.
• Partner with regional and local leadership to build disciplined operating rhythms focused on performance improvement and accountability.
• Develop scalable operational processes and standards that support continued growth across multiple markets.

Customer & Account Support

• Serve as a key operational liaison for national and enterprise accounts.
• Support onboarding and scaling of new business, including major program launches and network expansions.
• Support strategic initiatives and other enterprise customers to ensure operational readiness and execution consistency.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and operational support.

Financial Performance & Discipline

• Drive operational decisions that align with targeted financial outcomes, including cost control, route profitability, and carrier spend management.
• Ensure accurate and disciplined execution of costing structures, billing alignment, and operational reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve NOI through operational efficiency and enhanced data utilization.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning initiatives across the region.

Leadership & Organizational Development

• Support the development of regional and site-level leadership while reinforcing a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other Regional Directors of Operations to share best practices and ensure alignment across the national network.
• Build scalable structures and operational processes to support rapid company growth.
• Promote collaboration across operations, technology, finance, and customer support teams.
