Job summary

Accela Healthcare seeks a Vice President of Clinical Services to lead clinical operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities in the United States. You will guide quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and clinical excellence as a key member of the executive team.

The role requires RN licensure with an advanced degree preferred and 7–10 years of progressive long-term care leadership. Travel regionally to support facilities is expected.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership across multiple facilities.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and quality measures.
• Ability to travel regionally to support facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership to facility clinical and nursing teams.
• Develop and monitor clinical programs for resident care and compliance.
• Oversee QAPI initiatives with measurable outcomes across sites.
• Collaborate with regional leadership on staff development and best practices.
• Monitor federal, state, and local regulations for readiness and compliance.
• Advise executive team on clinical strategy and growth.
• Foster accountability, compassion, and excellence in care.
