Job summary

Cornerstone Management in Minnesota is seeking a Regional Director of Operations for a portfolio of assisted living and memory care communities. The RDO will provide strategic and operational leadership across 6-10 campuses, driving NOI, occupancy, and high-performing leadership teams across the region.

The role requires strong financial acumen, accountability, and collaboration with Executive Directors and corporate leadership, with travel across the region to ensure exemplary resident care and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare admin, or related field.
• 5+ years senior living ops leadership.
• Experience managing 6–10 communities and multi-site P&L.
• Strong financial acumen and leadership.
• Willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Own financial and operational performance of 6-10 senior living communities.
• Drive NOI through revenue growth, occupancy, and expenses.
• Review monthly financials and budgets with Executive Directors.
• Identify underperforming communities and implement action plans.
• Develop annual operating budgets and forecasts with leadership.
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, labor, and other KPIs.
• Coach Executive Directors and build leadership succession.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing to grow occupancy.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high resident experience.
