Job summary

Circle of Life Home Care in Shoreview, MN is seeking a Senior Director of Operations to lead operations across regional offices. The role owns operating performance, compliance, financial discipline, and the strength of the leadership team running each branch.

The SDO reports to the President and manages regional directors and branch leaders, driving growth while ensuring quality client care and regulatory compliance across states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent operating experience considered.
• Experience leading multi-site healthcare/home care operations, owning a P&L, and working in a regulated environment.
• Travel up to 50% initially, then ~25-30% long term, within assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Lead hiring and development of regional directors and branch leaders.
• Own operational performance, compliance, financial discipline, and leadership accountability across regions.
• Drive efficiency, client experience, and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Oversee implementation of new systems, policies, and initiatives with change management.
• Prepare branches for audits and ensure corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
