Qualifications

• Five+ years in a leadership role in Senior Living.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic operational initiatives across communities to meet company goals and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular site visits and participate in leadership reviews.
• Coordinate with leadership to ensure accurate reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Produce and analyze reports on business data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assess competitive landscape and market conditions.
• Ensure compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations in all communities.

Tarantino Senior Living is seeking a Regional Director of Operations who is an experienced leader and passionate about building winning teams. This individual will join the team and be based in the Phoenix, AZ or surrounding areas and play a key role in supporting our senior living communities.

The Regional Director of Operations will represent overall corporate vision, planning, direction and control to assigned communities in conjunction with the Director of Senior Living. This individual will also develop team members through appropriate training, coaching and mentoring to ensure strong operational performance.

Responsibilities:

• Work with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic operational initiatives to meet company goals and all state and national regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular and in-depth site visits as needed
• Interface with leadership team to ensure accuracy for reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes
• Produce and analyze reports on business data to determine operational excellence and areas for improvement
• Analyze and evaluate competition in the marketplace
• Ensure compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations in all communities

Requirements

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a leadership position in Senior Living industry
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
• Willingness to travel within the region
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
• Exceptional problem solving and time management skills
