Tarantino Properties, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director of Operations for Tarantino Senior Living, based in our corporate office in Houston, TX.

You will lead operational performance across communities, align with senior leadership, and mentor teams to deliver exceptional service and financial results. This role requires at least five years in a leadership position in senior living, a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), strong budgeting skills, travel within the region, and outstanding

Tarantino Senior Living is seeking a Regional Director of Operations who is an experienced leader and passionate about building winning teams. This individual will join the team in our corporate office in Houston, TX.

The Regional Director of Operations will represent overall corporate vision, planning, direction and control to assigned communities in conjunction with the Director of Senior Living. This individual will also develop team members through appropriate training, coaching and mentoring to ensure strong operational performance.

Responsibilities:

• Work with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic operational initiatives to meet company goals and all state and national regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular and in-depth site visits as needed
• Interface with leadership team to ensure accuracy for reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes
• Produce and analyze reports on business data to determine operational excellence and areas for improvement
• Analyze and evaluate competition in the marketplace
• Ensure compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations in all communities

Requirements

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a leadership position in Senior Living industry
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
• Willingness to travel within the region
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
• Exceptional problem solving and time management skills
