Capstone Logistics is a premier provider of 3PL logistics services, seeking a Director of Operations to lead a group of Site Operation Managers across multiple sites. The role emphasizes achieving sales and gross margin goals, coordinating staffing, and maintaining strong partner relationships with a focus on safety and process excellence.

The position requires 5–10 years in operations management, multi-site leadership, and extensive travel (50%-75%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Logistics or related field.
• 5-10 years operations management in multi-location environments.
• 3PL experience preferred; grocery/retail a plus.
• Willing to travel 50%-75% weekly.
• Prior P&L or cost-center responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Maximize operational efficiency using defined metrics and drive profitability for partners.
• Ensure partner satisfaction through regular communication and quarterly business reviews with partner executives.
• Coordinate staffing and operational needs across all sites in region with HR, including hiring and performance management.
• Provide regional information to Company personnel re competitor actions and partner activities.
• Plan, monitor and coordinate region activities to achieve budgeted sales, pricing and gross margin objectives.
