Job summary

Capstone Logistics is seeking a Director of Operations - Retail Delivery to oversee multiple delivery sites, driving service excellence and profitability. Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will travel 50-75% to manage operations across the U.S. and build strong customer partnerships.

You'll lead site managers, develop budgets and P&L insights, and mentor a growing leadership team while ensuring high standards of performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be based in the U.S. with willingness to travel 50–75%.
• Proven multi-site management experience (10+ locations).
• Strong customer service orientation and leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead Site Managers operating multiple locations to deliver service.
• Develop relationships with customer leadership at site and regional levels.
• Create and manage operating budgets, P&L, and aging reports.
• Make daily decisions to drive service and profitability.
• Ensure day-to-day operations meet standards and customer expectations.
• Develop leadership to take on additional responsibilities.
