Job summary

Sonrava seeks a Director of Operations to drive the performance of all dental offices in the region. You will lead field-based teams, focus on growth, profitability, and patient satisfaction, and ensure operational excellence across sites.

You will mentor Business Managers, oversee budgeting, payroll, and expenses, and partner with the executive team to align regional goals with the corporate strategy. Travel is frequent and strong planning, organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years managing multiple practice/sites in dental industry.
• Proven year-over-year growth track record.
• Forecast and analyze business trends to maximize territory performance.
• Ability to create and maintain a budget.
• Travel within the required territory (5 days in the field).

Responsibilities

• Drive the operational, financial, and clinical performance of all dental offices within the region.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to meet performance goals: patient volume, revenue, profitability, and patient satisfaction.
• Analyze KPIs and implement improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with the executive team to align regional goals with strategy.
• Lead and develop office leaders; promote accountability and retention.
• Support high standards of patient care and compliance with quality standards.
