Tobin & Associates is conducting a selective search for an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead a large, high-acuity Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation community in Central Ohio. This permanent opportunity is based in the Columbus, Ohio area, with strong corporate support and an established leadership team.

The role requires leading campus operations, ensuring quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and the achievement of financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio NHA license in good standing.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual base salary up to $150,000, with flexibility for an extraordinary candidate
