Are you a dynamic leader who thrives on making an impact? As a Regional Director of Operations, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of multiple US north markets, using your servant leadership and strategic mindset to create lasting growth. You’ll lead the charge in market expansion, cultivate meaningful partnerships, mentor teams, and ensure smooth operations with your top-notch crisis resolution and financial oversight.

Required Residence Location: We’re looking for someone who lives in or within a driving distance of the following locations; Cincinnati and/or Columbus, OH, Louisville and/or Lexington, KY, Washington, DC, and/or Baltimore, MD, ready to lead and make an impact in these markets and other mid-Atlantic regions.

This position requires extensive travel, with approximately 75% of your time dedicated to visiting and supporting different markets.

What You Will Do...

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring open and proactive communication.
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop strategic staffing plans in collaboration with leadership.
  • Address escalated client issues promptly, delivering high-level solutions and strengthening stakeholder trust.
  • Empower and support market teams to provide exceptional client engagement and deliver the HotelPro Difference.
  • Ensure alignment between market teams and client objectives, driving successful execution of hotel initiatives and activities.
  • Lead a culture of inclusivity and positivity, ensuring associates feel valued, supported, and motivated.
  • Build trust-based relationships with leaders and teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Identify key market insights and prioritize actionable suggestions for improvement.
  • Develop and mentor leaders, offering guidance that drives growth and inspires excellence. Empower leaders to create a growth-focused environment that helps associates maximize potential and enhance performance.
  • Provide impactful feedback to individuals and teams, focusing on strengths and actionable growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with Market Leaders to align performance strategies, reinforce accountability, and achieve company goals.
  • Support new associates with training, tools, and guidance to ensure success in their roles.
  • Build strong relationships with management company decision-makers to align goals and drive shared growth.
  • Identify market growth opportunities, assess risks, and analyze trends to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Engage market teams in executing a comprehensive business development strategy through hands-on engagement approach.
  • Assist teams in developing market rate strategies for both current and potential clients.
  • Maximize company resources to effectively implement business development strategies.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and use of Salesforce to maintain data and uncover opportunities.
  • Leverage client interactions to gain referrals and identify service gaps to refine staffing strategies.
  • Explore untapped market opportunities to drive long-term growth and expansion.

What Can You Bring...

  • 5+ Years of senior leadership experience, preferably hospitality or customer service related.
  • 3+ years of experience managing financial and budget creation.
  • 2+ years of experience in Outside and/or Business-to-Business sales.
  • Experience leading multiple locations required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage and work across multiple work settings.
  • You are a proactive, hands-on leader who thrives on acting and delivering results, never afraid to roll up your sleeves.
  • Excellent computer skills with the willingness and ability to learn new technology.
  • Ability to provide valid driver’s license and proof of insurance upon hire due to traveling between markets.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
