Job summary

WIS International is hiring a Regional Director in Pittsburgh, PA, to lead a multi-store region with accountability for team performance and financial results. The role emphasizes people leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and strategic cross-functional partnerships.

The RD will drive high retention, develop leaders, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering strong regional growth and customer service excellence. Requires travel and a broad leadership track record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master degree preferred. An equivalent combination of experience may be considered.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in managing multi-store or multi-zone operations.
• Demonstrated history of building and leading high performing teams as a leader of leaders.
• Proven track record of strong business acumen, fiscal responsibility and P&L management.
• Strong understanding of managing profit & loss and controlling the levers that affect P&L.
• Proven talent development and succession planning experience.
• Ability to work varied, non-traditional hours and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Talent Managers, District Managers and hourly staff to achieve regional targets.
• Oversee budgeting, planning, scheduling, expense control and P&L management for the region.
• Foster a people-centric work environment to improve retention and performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive divisional and organizational growth.
