Responsibilities

Oversee operational maintenance of hotels within the area.
Develop and maintain SOPs and policies with property and corporate teams.
Monitor out-of-order rooms and restore service promptly to avoid occupancy disruptions.
Lead energy conservation initiatives and promote their use across properties.
Support capital projects and budgeting processes for hotels in the area.
Conduct property audits and engineering analyses to drive improvements.
Provide mentorship to Directors of Engineering and local teams.
