Responsibilities include strategy design, advisor engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to sustain LPL’s market leadership in the premium segment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial services with strong RIA knowledge and wirehouse experience.
• Willingness to travel 60% and relocate if needed.
• Series 7, 66, and 24 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales and recruiting strategies; research, source, and engage prospects.
• Own advisor segments from contact to joining LPL, with Regional Directors support.
• Meet with advisors to demonstrate LPL’s value proposition and address questions.
• Navigate long sales cycles with multiple buying influences; coach internal teams.
• Leverage data to track program performance and align with priorities.
