LPL Financial Holdings Inc. is seeking a VP, Business Development Consultant to drive recruitment of premium segment financial advisors and teams from top banks, wirehouses, and RIAs. This pivotal role aims to expand LPL's presence in the premium advisor segment nationwide.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in financial services, be willing to travel 60%, and reside in or relocate. Collaboration across regions and strong stakeholder partnerships are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry with proficiency in the RIA marketplace and working with wirehouse advisors.
• Willingness and ability to travel 60% of the time.
• Must reside in and/or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales and recruiting strategies; research, source, and engage with prospects.
• Identify new prospective advisors within the target segment and respond to inquiries.
• Own advisor segments of the pipeline from initial contact to joining LPL, partnering with Regional Directors and Division Managers.
• Meet with prospective advisors to demonstrate LPL’s value proposition and address questions.
• Navigate long sales cycles with multiple buying influences and evaluate candidates for fit.
