LPL Financial seeks a VP II, Market Leader to recruit high-quality financial advisors to the LPL platform and deliver territory sales results. You will manage a multi-year recruiting plan, align teams to market segments, and guide senior leaders across functions.

Travel up to 80%. Located in the territory or willing to relocate. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills required; Salesforce experience preferred. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 10+ years in financial services, including field-based broker-dealer or asset management.
• Proven sales success and complex transactions.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and leaders.
• Experience with CRM and sales tech, maintaining pipeline data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year strategic recruiting plan for multiple geographies.
• Lead senior leaders and Market Leader teams to achieve recruiting outcomes.
• Manage a recruiting pipeline and inform decisions on investments and resource allocation.
• Draft recruiting and sales strategies; source and engage prospects; present LPL’s value proposition.
• Act as escalation point for complex advisor transactions and negotiations.
• Build and maintain key internal/external relationships; evaluate recruiting practices.
