Job summary

YMCA of Greater Boston is seeking a Regional Director of Early Education to lead high-quality programs, ensure licensing compliance, and drive curriculum development across branches. You will supervise staff, collaborate with families and partners, and promote inclusive, developmentally appropriate learning environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education or related field.
• 4+ years' professional educational experience supervising staff and developing curriculum.
• EEC Lead Infant/Toddler/Preschool certifications and Director II Qualified.
• Experience with licensing, quality programs and state standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment of program activities with YMCA core focus areas.
• Oversee licensing, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with branch executives and program administrators.
• Develop a developmentally appropriate, multicultural curriculum.
• Lead budget processes and fiscal health.
