Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth seeks an Area Director of Clinical Operations & Engagement to lead clinical performance and business operations for a network of facilities. You will supervise care teams, drive productivity, and ensure adherence to clinical standards while coordinating with clinical directors and physicians.

You will champion patient-centered care, optimize workflows, and supervise hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development across multiple facilities within the region.

Qualifications

• Requires clinical masters/doctorate or business/healthcare admin degree with healthcare operations experience.
• National certification and active unrestricted license in specialty are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical performance and productivity of care team members, fostering engagement and adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, clinical leaders, and directors to resolve clinical inquiries and improve care delivery.
• Manage care team coverage, provider productivity, and workflow improvements to ensure continuity of care.
