Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical performance and productivity of Care Team members.
• Foster an engaging culture among teammates and ensure adherence to clinical standards.
• Lead clinical integration and ensure effective care coordination across service lines.
• Monitor and improve patient care quality, documentation and coding.
• Visit facilities to observe workflows and drive process improvements.
