Dungarvin is seeking a Regional Director to lead a multi‑state region (LA, TX, OK, NM) delivering person‑centered services. You will drive quality, regulatory excellence, financial performance, and leadership development across residential, day programs, and community supports.

You will shape regional strategy, support growth and acquisitions, and partner with executives to advance Dungarvin’s mission while navigating a travel‑intensive workload across several states.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of progressive senior‑level leadership experience overseeing complex human services operations.
• Experience with ICF/IID or related services is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to oversee multi‑state initiatives, budgets, and growth strategies.

Responsabilités

• Provide executive oversight for Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico operations to ensure high‑quality, person‑centered services.
• Oversee regional financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Lead strategic growth, acquisitions, and organizational change initiatives.
• Develop and mentor senior leaders, build leadership pipelines, and drive accountability and outcomes.
• Establish strong partnerships with state agencies, funding partners, families, and communities.
