Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a Regional Director to lead a multi-state region across Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. You will drive quality outcomes, financial performance, regulatory excellence, and leadership development for a diverse portfolio of services supporting individuals with disabilities.

You will shape regional strategy, support growth and acquisitions, navigate complex operational challenges, and mentor senior leaders to build a strong leadership bench.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees welcomed.
• 5+ years of senior leadership in complex human services operations.
• 7+ years in ICF/IID or related disability services is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-state regional operations (LA, TX, OK, NM) ensuring high-quality, person-centered services.
• Drive financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Lead growth initiatives, acquisitions, and change management across a growing regional portfolio.
• Develop leaders; build succession plans and leadership pipelines.
• Establish partnerships with state agencies, funding partners, and families.
