Dungarvin is seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple residential homes and staff within an assigned region in Indiana, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services and compliance with state and Medicaid requirements.

The role emphasizes team leadership, staff development, program operations, and collaboration with families, individuals served, and community stakeholders to maintain stable, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field required.
• 2–3+ years experience in supporting individuals with IDD or related services, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Understanding of person-centered supports, Medicaid/waiver or HCBS knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach employees across multiple residential programs.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure person-centered, compliant services.
• Maintain readiness for audits, licensing reviews, and inspections.
• Promote individual choice and family participation while ensuring professional relationships.
