Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a Regional Director to lead a multi-state operation across Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. You will drive quality outcomes, financial performance, regulatory excellence, leadership development, and strategic growth across a diverse service portfolio including residential, day programs, and community supports.

You will partner with the COO and executive team to shape regional strategy, navigate complex operational challenges, and develop high-performing leaders,

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of senior leadership experience overseeing complex operations.
• Requires 7+ years serving individuals with IDD including ICF/IID settings.
• Demonstrated track record of managing $50M+ budgets and regional P&L accountability.
• Experience with multi-state growth initiatives, acquisitions, and organizational change.
• Proficiency with data analytics and operational reporting using Power BI or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for a multi-state region (LA/TX/NM/OK), ensuring high-quality, person-centered services and achievement of goals.
• Drive quality, compliance, risk management, and regulatory readiness across the region.
• Oversee regional financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, labor optimization, and resource allocation.
• Lead strategic growth, business development, and change-management initiatives across the region.
• Develop high-performing leaders, coaching and mentoring senior staff, building leadership pipelines.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with state agencies, funding partners, and community stakeholders.
