Dungarvin seeks a Regional Director to oversee operations across a multi-state portfolio of services. You will drive quality, regulatory compliance, and financial performance while leading growth initiatives.

The role requires building leadership, forging partnerships with agencies and families, and advancing mission-aligned strategies to enhance outcomes for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field.
• 5+ years of executive leadership in complex human services operations.
• 7+ years supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Proven multi-state leadership, budget and P&L oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-state regional operations across several states with a focus on quality and person-centered services.
• Drive compliance, risk management, and regulatory readiness.
• Oversee regional financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Lead growth initiatives, acquisitions, and change-management efforts.
• Develop and mentor senior leaders and leadership pipelines.
• Build strategic partnerships with agencies, families, and communities.
