Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple residential homes and staff within an assigned region, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services and regulatory compliance.

You will lead teams, develop staff, manage program operations, and collaborate with families, individuals served, and community partners to maintain smooth, compliant operations and meaningful supports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field required.
• 2-3+ years experience in residential or human services settings with supervisory or management experience.
• Understanding of person-centered supports, compliance standards, and Medicaid HCBS.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to new tech.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support employees across assigned residential programs while promoting accountability and high-quality service.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure person-centered services and compliance with licensing and Medicaid requirements.
• Promote individual choice and coordinate with families, individuals served, and community stakeholders.
• Monitor staffing trends and program performance, and participate in on-call rotation.
