Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience in relevant field.
• 7+ years of progressive operations leadership in logistics, transportation, distribution, 3PL, final mile, warehousing.
• Multi-site leadership with responsibility for operational and financial performance.
• Experience coaching and developing leaders.
• Proven ability to drive operational improvements and financial results.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience within final mile delivery operations.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations, DOT requirements, and safety compliance standards.
• Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers through structured development plans and leadership training.
• Build high-performing teams and succession plans for leadership positions.
• Partner with Recruiting and HR to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
• Participate in final-round interviews for leadership roles.
• Drive operational performance across multiple final mile locations.
• Ensure sites operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with standards.
• Review metrics and identify opportunities to improve productivity, service, and engagement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.
