Temco Logistics is seeking a strategic Regional Director to lead multiple 3PL and MDO operations across a designated region, headquartered in Pomona, CA. The role requires building high-performing teams, driving sustainable growth, and delivering strong operational and financial results.

The successful candidate will coach General Managers, implement development plans, and partner with HR to attract top talent while ensuring safety and compliance across all sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field or equivalent leadership experience.
• 7+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in logistics, transportation, distribution, 3PL, final mile, warehousing, or related industries.
• Multi-site leadership experience with responsibility for operational and financial performance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers through structured development plans, performance discussions, and ongoing leadership training.
• Build high-performing teams and create succession plans for critical leadership positions.
• Partner with Recruiting and Human Resources to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
• Participate in final-round interviews and selection decisions for key leadership roles.
• Drive operational performance across multiple final mile delivery locations.
• Ensure sites operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.
• Review operational metrics and identify opportunities to improve productivity, service, and employee engagement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
