Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive food service management experience.
• 5+ years experience Large Scale Multi-Client/Contract Managed Service.

Responsibilities

• Lead RA’s culture of CARE and drive KPI-focused strategy.
• Plan and advise business portfolio to achieve Key Performance Indicators.
• Partner with senior management to define strategies, objectives, and obstacles.
• Monitor and strategize to reach annual targets and explore new market solutions.
• Direct and lead a team of account managers across multiple sites.
• Coordinate financial objectives and analysis, ensuring profitability and controlling losses.
• Build relationships at all levels of team, client, and RA/Compass organizations.
• Develop and coach management associates to meet staffing needs and talent management goals.
