Restaurant Associates, a leading provider of dining and event catering, is seeking a Director of Dining Services to lead day-to-day operations for assigned NYC client accounts.

Reporting to VP of Operational Excellence, this role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and proven ability to manage budgeting, HR, scheduling, payroll, and staff development while delivering top-quality food and service.

Qualifications

• Five years of complex foodservice operation experience.
• Budgeting and P&L management experience.
• Experience leading a high-volume catering operation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to hire, coach, and counsel staff.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations of the account.
• Maintains excellent relationships with customers and guests.
• Oversees P&L and budgeting for the account.
• Conducts HR functions including hiring, counseling, and terminations.
• Oversees scheduling, payroll, and team training.
• Collaborates with the Chef to ensure top-quality food and menus.
• Rolls out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
