Restaurant Associates in New York is seeking a Regional Director to report to the President of Operations. This high-level People Leader will shape strategy, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver innovative solutions for our premier client and team members.

With 10+ years in food service management and 5+ years in large-scale multi-client contracts, you will lead growth, manage budgets, and drive profitability while upholding RA’s CARE culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive food service management experience.
• 5+ years experience Large Scale Multi-Client/Contract Managed Service.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate and Lead R/A’s culture of CARE.
• Plan and advise business portfolio that achieves Key Performance Indicators.
• Partner with senior management to discuss strategies, objectives, and obstacles.
• Monitor and strategize to reach annual targets and new market solutions.
• Direct and lead a team of account managers.
• Coordinate financial objective & analysis, and supervise for profitability and losses.
