Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director in Frisco, Texas to lead our after-school and summer program operations. You will oversee full-time regional staff, manage program partners, recruit and guide instructors, and ensure high-quality delivery across campuses.

The role requires teaching background and strong administrative skills with a focus on safety, engagement, and client satisfaction. Competitive base salary with performance incentives is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting preferred.
• At least 5 years in a managerial role (administrator, team lead, or department head).
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight of regional program activities.
• Manage regional program budgets.
• Contribute to organizational strategy, developing new initiatives, and expanding program reach.
• Manage and renew relationships with program clients.
• Ensure client satisfaction and act on feedback to improve program offerings.
• Recruit, train, and supervise instructors delivering after school classes.
• Provide ongoing support and professional development to instructors.
• Monitor and evaluate instructor performance to maintain high teaching standards.
• Review and adapt lesson plans to meet educational standards and client needs.
• Oversee procurement and distribution of teaching materials to instructors.
• Manage school break camp programs for successful delivery.
• Oversee all aspects of iCAMP's summer camp operations, including staffing, program delivery, and family experience.
• Act as a site director at after school and camp programs, as necessary.
• Ensure programs remain safe, engaging, organized, and high-quality for students.
• Manage regional staff tasks, performance, and guidance.
• Maintain a clean, organized regional office environment.
• Stay updated on client and market trends to adapt and enhance offerings.

About the Regional Director Position

iCamp, a division of AlphaBEST Education, Inc., is seeking a dynamic Regional Director to support the successful delivery of our programs and lead our regional operations.

The Regional Director will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our after school and summer camp programs. This position involves managing full-time regional program staff, managing program partners, recruiting and overseeing instructors, and ensuring the seamless operation of our programs. The Regional Director is ultimately responsible for the success of iCAMP's program in their assigned region. The ideal candidate will have a background in teaching and educational administration, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and be a proactive problem solver.
