AlphaBEST Education, Frisco, TX is seeking an early learning professional to lead an after-school program. The Site Director will manage daily operations, ensure safety, and supervise staff to deliver a high-quality student and family experience.

The role requires a BA/BS or CDA in education, a flexible schedule, and a background check per state licensing. Training and coaching will be provided as part of our enrichment programs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or CDA in education.
• Background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a school-age program or teaching setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations: schedules, ratios, staffing, and documentation.
• Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure activities meet program expectations.
• Build a safe and inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements and AlphaBEST standards.
• Make child safety the top priority at all times.
• Maintain licensing compliance, documentation, and readiness for inspections.
• Track and manage site resources, attendance, and food program requirements.
• Supervise and mentor site team with coaching and feedback and ensure training requirements are met.
• Represent AlphaBEST with professionalism at school and community events.
• Build strong relationships with families, school staff, and AlphaBEST leadership to support student success.

Pay: Starting at $20.50 an hour, based on education

Hours: 2:30 pm - 6:30 pm, Monday - Friday (No weekends! Part-time)

As an AlphaBEST Site Director, you'll lead a meaningful after-school program that helps kids learn, grow, and thrive.

Requirements:

• Must have a BA/BS or CDA in education
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• At least 3 years of experience in a school-age program or teaching setting preferred
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations
• Provide proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing standards
