Job summary

ViaQuest Residential Services in Ohio seeks a full-time director-level leader to oversee supports and services for individuals with developmental disabilities in Belmont and Jefferson counties. You will manage personnel, coordinate service delivery, and ensure teams communicate effectively to meet client needs.

The role requires a four-year degree in social services, prior director-level experience, willingness to travel, and a background in quality assurance.
