Job summary

LOPA in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Senior Regional Director to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for clinical donation services across the region. You will drive regional performance, align teams, and champion process improvement in support of LOPA’s mission and values.

The role directly manages Hospital Services Managers, collaborates with executive leadership, and ensures quality, compliance, and donor experience in a high‑acuity environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical or healthcare-related field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations.
• Knowledge of regulatory/accreditation standards (AATB, FDA, OSHA, CMS).
• Proven ability to lead teams in high-acuity environments and drive collaboration.
• Strategic thinker with budget oversight experience.
• Strong communicator with executive presence in healthcare settings.
• Proficient with MS Office, Google Workspace, and related tools.
• Commitment to ethical leadership and inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and direction for departmental strategy aligned with goals and initiatives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality.
• Mentor and develop leaders; workforce planning in partnership with HR.
• Engage stakeholders at executive/board levels to foster collaboration.
• Oversee regional donation operations, monitor metrics, ensure standards.
• Support 24/7 readiness, travel as needed, and participate in on‑call rotation.
