Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic regional plan.
• Implement plans to maintain productivity and profitability.
• Ensure health and safety procedures across partnerships.
• Review operational and compliance audits.
• Assist in developing sales strategies and targets.
• Support Store Managers and act as primary resource.
• Manage regional costs to meet budgets.
• Maintain a positive, professional, motivating work environment.
• Diagnose business problems and apply effective solutions.
• Collaborate with departments to identify growth opportunities.
• Communicate objectives to Regional Managers for targets.
• Ensure 100% completion on Safety Culture Logs.
• Drive employees and lead performance reviews.
• Create plans to improve regional support to employees, franchisees, and Kroger.
