Job summary

The Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation seeks a Regional Director to lead regional revenue growth, mission execution, and volunteer engagement across its markets. This role reports to the SVP of Field Leadership and partners with national teams to translate enterprise strategy into regional priorities.

Based in a major market, the RD travels to key cities and builds strong relationships with executives, volunteers, and donors to maximize impact and ensure sustainable growth in the region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive or senior management experience in a voluntary health organization.
• Proven track record in fundraising, donor cultivation, and campaign leadership.
• Experience identifying, recruiting and partnering with volunteers to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional revenue, mission, and volunteer engagement across markets.
• Coach Executive Directors and hold leadership accountable for growth and ROI.
• Drive regional strategy, priorities, and operational plans in collaboration with national partners.
• Oversee board relations, stakeholder engagement, and year-round donor development.
• Use KPIs and data to identify performance gaps and drive fundraising growth.
