Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation seeks an Associate Executive Director to provide professional leadership and staff management for the chapter, partnering with volunteers to advance the mission through major gifts, events, and campaigns.

You will travel within the market, cultivating partnerships and representing the Foundation with volunteers and supporters. This hybrid role includes 2 days in the office and 3 days remote work.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in not-for-profit fundraising.
• Demonstrated track record in fundraising including events, corporate/foundation giving, donor cultivation, PR and stewardship.
• Experience identifying, recruiting, and partnering with volunteers to achieve results.
• Strong skills in strategic thinking, committee leadership, account management and volunteer development.
• 3+ years of management experience supervising staff.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Regional Executive Director and chapter staff to create a bold growth vision for the chapter.
• Collaborate with Chapter President and Board to ensure an engaged board.
• Lead or participate in volunteer leadership asks and progress meetings.
• Build community with IBD stakeholders and drive awareness through marketing and communications.
• Identify, recruit and engage volunteers to maximize impact and revenue.
• Develop strong partnerships with volunteers and supporters and foster accountability.
• Serve as a key leader, building relationships and sharing mission impact.
• Support Take Steps and Special Events with top team retention and sponsorships.
• Monitor campaigns, provide analytics, and report results to leadership.
• Coordinate fundraising activities including events, Take Steps, and chapter campaigns.
