Job summary

The Crohn's & Colitis Foundation is seeking an Associate Director, Fundraising Campaigns & Volunteer Engagement to lead revenue-generating campaigns, including Take Steps and Special Events. This role partners with leadership volunteers and committees to drive growth and secure funding in support of our mission.

Based in the Nashville metro area, the Associate Director will recruit and manage high-level volunteers, cultivate donors and corporate partners, and oversee event logistics,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of successful not-for-profit fundraising, preferably with health-related organizations.
• Demonstrated leadership in recruitment, engagement, and cultivation of high-impact volunteers.
• Proven track record in committee development within fundraising campaigns.
• Fundraising experience including special events, donor cultivation and recognition.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies to generate revenue for Take Steps and Special Events.
• Partner with leadership volunteers and committees to drive growth and revenue.
• Recruit, engage and manage high-level volunteer leaders and committees.
• Cultivate relationships with donors, corporate partners, and healthcare communities.
• Oversee event planning, budgets, timelines, and deliverables for fundraising programs.
• Collaborate with staff to implement best practices and evaluate events for growth.
• Develop and manage collateral and social media related to fundraising activities.
• Engage in donor stewardship, recognition, and relationship-building in the community.
