Job summary

Threshold Giving is seeking a Regional Director to own regional outcomes, leading Canvass Directors and multiple offices. You will recruit and coach leaders, launch campaigns in priority markets, and drive sustained fundraising results.

Travel about three weeks per month to lead, train, and support teams in the field. This senior role offers growth opportunities, competitive compensation, and a chance to shape strategy across markets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support multiple Canvass Directors and offices across your region
• Launch new teams, offices, and campaigns in priority markets
• Recruit, hire, develop, and hold accountable exceptional leaders at every level
• Drive fundraising results and ensure campaign objectives are consistently exceeded
• Analyze performance data, set strategy, and lead continuous improvement
• Build strong relationships with partners, clients, and local communities
• Travel approximately 3 weeks out of every month to lead, train, and support teams in the field
